Uncomfortable Feelings

No After-School
Some urges to mindlessly eat rather than "deal"
Husband's out of town
Identifying Triggers
Sugar-Free Monsters

Come on... LIFE Is Good... this too shall pass.

    The good vastly outweighs the bad! You are doing great! And there will never be a time where there is NO bad, the important thing is to keep it in perspective and not give the bad too much influence on how you feel!

  You made the most out of your day; sometimes we forget all the little things that happen to make us smile do count when the stressers in our lives get to us. Good for you.
You are making the most of your days and looking at things through a glass that is half full instead of empty. Something we can all practice.
