Looking Forward to a Change

I don't know if it's me or if it's the year (see previous blogs).
I do know I feel stressed.
I am falling asleep while being on the computer.
Thus, when I wake up and go to bed, I'm not getting a full night's sleep.

    Sleep is the most important thing and you are stressed - busy schedule with lots of family concerns. Hope things will settle down for you.
