STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE MERINGUE PUDDING

Mis together:

3 egg whites
1/4 tsp creme of tartar
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup bulk Equal

Beat mixture to stiff peak meringue

Fold in:

two strawberries cut into small pieces
one piece of bread cut into small pieces

Bake in moderate oven 30 minutes

Makes 3 cups = one serving

Calories: 105

    Do they still make Cream of Tartar? I have not seen it in the stores for ages! But the recipe does sound so yummy......

    Sounds yummy and sugar free!!! I will have to try this. Wondering if it will work with Gluten Free Bread. Oh well, guess I will find out.
