I have to figure out how to get to sleep earlier. I did not get to bed before 3:00 am and today I slept until 2:00 pm and was still so sleepy that I fell asleep eating my "breakfast". I have done this before and actually spilled coffee down the front of me as a result. My Doctor appt. was changed to tomorrow, and I have to get her to refer me to a Sleep Disorder specialist. I just want to sleep normally, and even with the CPAP for my sleep apnea, it is not better!
