I am bad about blogging my journey!!! At least I'm better with the moving! Seeing progress here (go me!). Losing inches and pounds. Doing thirty minutes of cardio six days a week.............Hmm, need to add some strength training here. I think I have a new goal. What say you---- strength training twice weekly? I need to remember baby steps otherwise I will do my norm- over-achieve, crash and burn. Let's stay with twice a week.
And by the way, I've achieved my other goal too! In less than what I thought. Lets go for another five lbs by Feb 27 since I've lost 5 1/2 already. Leaves me with a total of 24 1/2 to go for my BIG goal, step 1. (My real goal is to lose a total of 50 lbs- but that's too much to think of in one sitting. Babysteps). Now, time for some well earned zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzs.
