Guacamole & Pico De Gallo

Wednesday, January 16, 2013

Good Wednesday Sparkfam!

You'd think I was out partying with all the guacamole & pico de gallo & salsa I've been eating. I have been trying to keep it more daniel day but without meats. It is kinda hard but I'm pressing. I pray you are all having a great hump day as I a ready for a nap. I'm not eating but I am watching Not Your Mama's Cooking with Bobby Dean. Even though he is making some mango slider burgers I am never curious as to how they taste. I just like looking for newer spices & ways to cook food for my fam. I made turkey lasagna simmering the turkey after it cooked in sweet wine. It had such a beautiful taste! I am not getting big workouts in but in a few weeks I will be able to go full on back to 45-60mins of cardio. I can wait

God bless & happy hump day!

Sounds Like A Good Time! emoticon What Kind Of Meat Was He Using With The Mango Burgers Or Were They Vegan? Sounds Good To Me. I Haven't Had A Mango In A While. I Love The Chips But Not Avocado's. I Can't Get Used To That Taste. emoticon I Can Eat Salsa All Day Although I Rarely By It. I Buy A Lot Of Chopped Tomatoes And Rotel. Press On You Are Still Doing Very Good Even On A Fast! Thanks For That Goodie And I Really Need A Massage lol!
Enjoy the Weekend!!!

I love watching the Food Network and Cooking shows. They have great techniques I have never seen for preparing food, and I like to figure out ways to cut the calories in some of the dishes. My favorite is on Saturdays, The Country Cook that also shows products used in the kitchen and what is worth getting and what to forget about getting (appliances, cookware, etc.) They have some really great recipes and sometimes even show ways to lighten up recipes!
