smoothie: 5 strawberries, two small bananas, carrot juice, baby spinach
1 oz turkey jerky
chicken gyro with Tzatziki Sauce and small greek salad
coconut chocolate kashi bar

as a side note my mom loves to "imply" that I lose weight but then when she comes to visit all she wants for us to do is eat and especially junk-it makes me so mad.

    Don't let it get you mad. But make the junk unavailable when she is there and put the fruits front and center.

    Looking at the day's meals... oh my goodness. Besides the smoothie, I eat really similar to that. I LOVE turkey jerky, I always get a small chicken gyro when my boyfriend and I go out to eat... and I'm pretty sure I had that same kashi bar earlier today for a snack.

    Anyway, sorry about your mom. Mine is the same way, except it's whenever I visit home. She is all happy for me that I eat healthy and work out, and then when I'm home, if I don't eat the fried foods, or ask for no dressing on my salad when we go out to dinner, I "ruin the mood."
