smoothie: 5 strawberries, two small bananas, carrot juice, baby spinach
1 oz turkey jerky
chicken gyro with Tzatziki Sauce and small greek salad
coconut chocolate kashi bar
as a side note my mom loves to "imply" that I lose weight but then when she comes to visit all she wants for us to do is eat and especially junk-it makes me so mad.
