My daughter was feeling bad this morning and now feeling a little better, she stayed home from school since she got sick. We both enjoyed our mother daughter time. We got to talk for a while, watched a few shows, I taught her how to play the card game Rook. She caught on pretty fast. Then we played a game of scrabble, She beat me, she really loved that. I think she is keeping the paper we wrote our scores on. lol
7am Breakfast; Protein bar (cliff builders)
20 g. protein 30 Carbs (20 of those was sugar)
I don't know what to do about these, Dr recommends them every day I exercise.
10 am Snack; 2 oz colby jack cheese and tsp of mustard
8 g protein
12:15 pm Lunch; Roast beef 3 oz
22 g protein
5:30Dinner Roasted Turkey Breast 4 oz Pepper jack cheese
30 g Protein.
My herbal tea
Did kind of bad on water, only got 40 oz. of water, I wasn't thirsty at all today.
