I lost 3 pounds this past week - woohoo! I'm down to 184; 33 lost since my high of 217 two years ago.
I've had a cold, so I didn't do much exercise this week. I am getting lots of movement in my new library job, so that's a good thing. I wish I could sleep better; I think I'd feel better and more like exercising. I just have so much anxiety. I have trouble falling asleep, don't sleep well, and wake up early full of anxiety
Glad I weighed this morning; I blew it eating out with my daughter tonight! Oh well; I've had several days where I was below my calorie range, so I think it all evens out.
