Two weeks down

I have successfully avoided a "pity party" most of the time. Finally the ankle has stopped hurting and that really helps. Still off the foot all day and worried about eating too much, but can't be helped. I've found that trying to have perfect nutrition really packs on the calories if you aren't careful. Still trying to find something useful to do.

    Hang in there. It sounds like you are over the hump if the pain is gone. Maybe you could research healthy recipes or make meal plans or something along those lines.
