Fit Club weigh in tonight, lost 7 lbs in a week. emoticon That will not be the net loss for the 12 weeks. Now I'm kinda of excited emoticon because it looked like I wasn't going to get much of a loss and when I stepped on the scale and saw what it was I was shocked. Now I didn't eat or drink anything after noon today and I walked the dogs emoticon before going - anything more and I wouldn't be able to do the class after weigh in. I took a snack and ate half before class and drank plenty of water during and after. emoticon

I wanted to stop and get something but ended up with Trader Joe's reduced guilt mac and cheese and a spinach salad with raspberries, feta and carrots, topped with an asian peanut spicy dressing. I'm thinking 12 weeks of this could be awesome.
