not much going on today.
did c25k today. week two day two.
walked and hour and biked for 90 minutes.
legs are hurty.
but not as hurty as my arms.
did arms and abs today.
60 exercises abs, 20 reps.
25 of those standing, 25 using the bosu ball and 10 using the stability ball.
arms: 25 exercises using the 25lb kettlebell.
20 exercises 10 reps with the fitstik.
and 100 tricep dips, and 150 various pushups. [stability ball, wall, etc.]
ending at 1340 calories, 25 grams carbs.
had zucchini and cauliflower again tonite.
i for sure like the zucchini/sauce/cheese concoction better with fake chicken vs. fake sausage. the fake chicken though is much higher carb. 7grams for the chicken, 2 for the fake chorizo.
i am *still* 153.
its killing me. i thought for sure id be lower.
ive been 153 or thereabouts since sunday.
thats about it for the day, i guess.
pretty dang sore. all over sore.
