PHEW!

My arms were sore to start with, today really killed :P I couldn't finish the push ups and crunches.. too. sore.

My watch didn't saved the infos but oh well. I think my HR was a bit lower than yesterday.. Really busy day, I only had time past 9 pm. I really have to try to make time earlier in the day.

    You trying and keep trying. 9pm is a bit late but it all depends when you gotta wak up in the morning. and how it boosts you. If after working out you can't go to bed before 11 or 12. then maybe it's time, as you said, to make time for yourself.

    seems like you are working hard! that is great! ever thought of getting up earlier? I know it is not easy. I know that personnaly I can't do much in the morning since I already get up at 5 when I work. But if you can it feels good to start the day with exercises.
