I'm starting to notice that I am feeling better overall. My energy level is better and I can tell that my blood sugars are not dropping as much as they used to. I feel like I have a pretty good handle on controlling my eating and I have even been working out this week. I have a free gym membership through work, as well as a personal trainer once a month, and I think I am almost ready to take advantage of that. I know to most people it seems like a no brainer to use your free gym and personal trainer. But when you work with these people every single day, it can be intimidating for them to know the more intimate details of your health. I mean, I know they are trained and can probably make a fairly good assumption just by looking at me, but on paper in black and white is a whole different issue. Almost ready to make that move.
