I have been a member of Sparkpeople since 2010, and am just now beginning my weight lose journey. It has taken me over 2 years to get the motivation and real desire to lose the weight that I continue to gain. My entire family (hubby and 2 teen children) have all decided to join me to help me on my adventure to healthy. So, this should make it so much easier to diet and get to my goal!! I can't wait! We recently joined the gym and are trying to participate in a daily workout or at least 3 times of week. This includes Zumba, core training, walking, and weight training! Most of the time I dread going but feel so much better when i am finished.
