    I betcha it's a sugar hang-over from the baby binge. I get those *every* time I sabotage my nutrition plan in the evening.

    When I lose motivation I get on Sparkpeople and find a motivational quote thread. I write down my favorites. They inspire me now and I have them for the next time I am in a slump.

C'mon Paul, You can do this . Sometimes I have to tell myself to demand more action (exercise) from myself and eat to like an adult not a teenager.

Shake off the doubts. You know if you eat right and exercise you be will healthier. PERIOD!
