Well I finally made it to weigh in tonight & guess what I lost 3.3 lbs! I got on the scales twice because I didn't believe it, now comes the problem of keeping the pounds off & to continue to lose weight each week. I will do it!
I must make myself eat right & exercise every day!
I will set myself a goal each morning, writing it down & posting it on the computer so I can see it all day.
