Today's Results
Ate planned breakfast
Ate leftovers for lunch instead of grilled cheese
Ate planned pizza for dinner
Ate planned snack

We have guests here right now, my aunt and uncle, so it's hard for me to workout with all their stuff on the floor and air mattress on floor, etc. so I unfortunately didn't get my workout in :(

Workout
ALOT!! Lol January Video, cardio circuit, dance, Wii game
Nutrition
Breakfast:
- English muffin toasted w PBJ
- strawberries
- 3 cups of water
Lunch:
- grilled cheese
Snack:
- banana bread
Dinner:
- turkey dogs
- corn
- 3 cups of water

    Enjoy the visit with your family... how about inviting them out for a walk after a meal... get your exercise in and have great company too!
