I have been spending a lot of time reflecting on my actions concerning my eating habits. One really bad habit I have is eating my meals really fast in anticipation of having a second helping. Instead of slowing down and enjoying my first helping I inhale my food and then immediately get a ton more to eat. So today I tried to concentrate on slowing down and actually tasting and enjoying each bite of my meal. I think with some self reminders and practice, I will be able to break this bad habit and begin to enjoy my food!
