I get the BFFM emails and saw this one from Tom.
So for years and years and years I was spinning my wheels and then when I could no longer keep up with the strict strict eating and over exercising and took a break the weight piled on.
This validates the theory that for some people it is not all about calories in versus calories out and that you can workout too much and eat too little. It's all about balance.
So now that I have most of the weight off (about another 15 to go) I will try to relearn how to eat and how to exercise again without screwing myself up both physically and mentally.
On another note, the GI system went craycray today and I sucked it up and went and had an xray of the GI system to start to figure out why it hates me. We will see what it showed, my luck, probably nothing.
