Oh, I am feeling the difference from what I used to eat, to what I eat now. My body feels completely different, I dont feel slugish, I dont feel tired. My stomach doesn't hurt. And I am doing the moderations, which I have noticed, when I feel full, it's not that oh my god I am going to throw up full feeling, but full, like I don't need anything else to eat, and when I sip water, that helps curve cravings when I get hungary an hour later. It feels INCREDIBLE!!!!
