You guys! It was amazing - I finally decluttered my new apartment and put some art up on the walls, and as soon as I started to feel at home here my motivation to dance, juggle, hop, and otherwise bounce about came back with a vengeance! Yay :)
I think some of it has to do with my tv watching habits. When I was living with housemates last semester the living room was kind of a demilitarized no-man zone and I did most of my tv watching through Netflix, on my laptop, in bed. Now I'm back to putting the yoga mat in front of my telly whenever I want to watch something so I can get in a workout while enjoying some escapist fun. It's nice to know that I can fall back into healthy habits without too much trouble. Having a fridge full of nummy healthy foods helps too, but at the end of the day it's amazing what a difference a harmonious living environment makes.
Off to enjoy some Doctor Who and an upper body workout - cheers!
