it's that time and I'm craving chocolate. So far I haven't fully given in to the craving. Other than that I'm on track for staying within my calorie count and my exercise. I'm not looking forward to weighing myself on Friday. My goal is to lose 5 lbs per month. It's the middle of the month and so far I have only lost 1 lb.
Not sure if I will hit my goal; but I'm not giving up.
