I'm Craving Chocolate

it's that time and I'm craving chocolate. So far I haven't fully given in to the craving. Other than that I'm on track for staying within my calorie count and my exercise. I'm not looking forward to weighing myself on Friday. My goal is to lose 5 lbs per month. It's the middle of the month and so far I have only lost 1 lb.

Not sure if I will hit my goal; but I'm not giving up.

    If you're gonna have chocolate, choose the very dark kind; it has health benefits. And schedule it as a reward sometime. A little indulgence is important, but make sure you plan it. Keep up the good work!

    Cravings is a learned behaviour and you can unlearn it. Get hold of Paul McKenna's book: "I can make you thin." This will help you to change the craving behaviour. All the best for 2013.
