After all our snow melted, and cleared away, we got some more snow. That means icy sidewalks, and slick roads. Oh well technically it is still winter, and we have 3 more months of this. I was just hoping for a mild one like last year. I stayed within my calorie range yestarday, and got most of my goals done. I didn't get out for a walk though yestarday. I did today.
My goals for Thursday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
30 minutes of cardio
10 minutes of strength training
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories or under the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exerrcise.
