Ouch! Two phrases come to mind: A picture is worth a thousand words. And: Pictures do not lie! Looks like I have some work to do.

    Great accountability!! It was a picture that pushed me into recognizing I needed to make a change. I think it is harder to notice your body changing when you see yourself daily but a photo is a different view point. At least for me, it was.
