Hello Everyone! Today I finally woke up without a headache - now at the end of the day I do have a tiny bit of a headache but nothing I can really complain all that much about right now. Hooray! That means I think I can get back into the swing of things tomorrow, I was hoping to today but something just didn't feel right about it so I chose to stay clear one more day for health purposes. Health after all is the most important thing when trying to live a "healthy lifestyle".
Nothing really to report on the exercise front since I'm taking it all easy. I did some exercise ball workouts today so far and might do a little yoga later. I'll have to wait and see... But then again it might just turn into a relaxing Lush Bath night...

Food: Too many sweets in my opinion. I have been having these Australian candies called Fantales, small but they contain calories. My bestie sent them on over and I have been hoarding them until now. I ate the last one today though, so there is no more to tempt me. That's all the candy that we really have in the house though besides the very dark chocolate in the freezer, not that tempting usually for me. Other than that, food has been going good. I haven't been counting calories at night because my head hurts more at night right now but throughout the day I have been sticking to it. You can see my nutritional choices on the main page here. Breakfast: Homemade bread and coconut butter again. Earl Grey tea today instead of coffee. Then I followed it up with another TJ's Navel Orange (we ate an entire bag since Sat!) and another herbal tea.
Snack: Orange right before lunch.
Lunch: Leftovers were sent with the husband to work so I had to eat leftover breakfast from the hubby's meal this last weekend. It was vegan polenta rancheros from PPK. It's tasty but I always toss in 1/2 a bottle of hot sauce too. I love spicy! I also had an apple but didn't feel like eating it.
Snack: Some freshly stove popped popcorn and sea salt.
Dinner: Another PPK special- Vegan Tempeh Helper. Basically it's like a vegan version of hamburger helper but with tempeh and homemade vegan cheez. Very tasty and filling.
Other than that I have just been cleaning the house in intervals to get me out of my office chair. Anyone love JR Watkins Lemon Cleaner? Yum! Makes me so happy every spray while cleaning. Last night we got our antenna for the house (we have no tv channels right now since we are rural) but we have to wait for Amazon to send the next box containing the other equipment to set it all up. haha Today we received our box (remember the gift card episode haha) from Teavana. The hubby and I ordered it together so I always wait until he gets home to open it. That means a large box of Teavana is on the countertop waiting with fresh tea and accessories!
