BLC day one

I've been looking forward to the start of this BLC challenge since I first heard about it a couple weeks ago. Turns out I was placed on an awesome team, the (Lime Green) Groovy Geckos - and they are a delight.
So, here are my personal goals during this 12 week challenge:
- track food every day and stay within my calorie range. If there is a day I go over, then I will spend extra time working out to help offset the difference.
- continue my sugar detox which I began in early December.
- drink 8+ glasses of water per day
- eat 4+ fruits/veggies per day
- log 10,000+ steps per day
- complete all daily fitness challenges for BLC
