I was worried that I would quit or keep making unhealthy choices, but these past couple of days have been better than ever. I'm really sticking to the January Bootcamp. I've been doing Zumba around 3 times a week to fulfill some of my cardio for the challenge.
I'm past my slipping area. Usually, every time I try to restart my program, I'm good for about a week or so before stopping because I think I'll never get back to having as much motivation as I used to during my first weight loss journey. However, this time I'm almost to 3 weeks! I haven't seen very many results, but I'm still not giving up.
