I decided to add mini-streaks to my Activity Report (along with my exercise).
Since I really do need to focus on overall good eating choices, I am challenging myself to maintain a seven day streak of a daily salad. It does not have to be the main meal, but raw veggies everyday is a must.
Day one - Salad Day
Today, I had a combination of baby lettuce and spinach with orange, grapefruit, craisins, broccoli and cauliflower. My protein was pork loin and salad dressing was a homemade vinaigrette.
Day 16 - Fitness
Plans are for a walk and a video. Will update later.
UPDATE: 24 Minutes - SP video, walk and home exercises of squats, leg lifts, sit ups and curls.
