Don't be alarmed...yesterday was DAY 6 Totally On Plan (YAY!), I just decided not to include it in the title anymore.
Last night I decided to stay for Zumba which is after my BodyPump class. First, we've now switched over to the new music set for Pump and it's a good challenge to work the body in a new way while still targeting all the same muscle groups. I really don't like the tricep workout, though. Mostly because it's REALLY tough!
THEN came Zumba... I haven't done Zumba for a while (10 months maybe) because I just wasn't into it anymore and the cost was a bit high. Now it's part of my gym membership and the instructor is much more engaging and she makes the workout more intense which I like. It was so funny afterwards because a neighbor was there also. She meant to come to Pump but had the wrong time and came to Zumba instead. Anyway, after the class she told me, "I knew you knew what you were doing so I just followed you since I couldn't see the instructor very well some fo the time." I told her it was my first time coming to her class (totally different moves and music than the other person I'd been to) and she was like, "Oh you were doing so well!" It made me feel good about how I was doing. The point is to just keep moving and we were defintely doing that! I'm gonna feel it tomorrow!!
Today will make 1 straight week eating perfectly on plan. So far so good today and I have my food planned for the next couple days. I have to decide how I want to handle the scrapbooking weekend coming up. The retreat center usually has delicious, but not necessarily healthy foods for meals. I don't want to break this awesome food streak...at least not yet. I know it'll happen at some point, but I plan to hold off for a while, maybe even until BL is over. We'll see.
