Well, I am happy to say that SOME of the mysterious 4 pounds went away! About 1.5.
I am going to try something, just to see what happens. I have been reading about intermittent fasting and am going to try the "Up day, down day" way of eating for a while. Every other day I will keep my calories under 500. The up days will be normal eating days, but still low carb. The health benefits look super! And weight loss should speed up, if I am lucky. I am starting TODAY (no time like the present) and am not starving or killing anyone (yet)! I had a protein shake for breakfast, a boiled egg for snack, shirataki noodles with a light sauce for lunch and am at 250 calories. I'm making beef and broccoli stirfry for dinner, but I probably will not eat any, I'll save it for tomorrows lunch. I am excited to try this, I love experimenting!
