So I have been keeping up with what I have been eating and posting it on here for the past three days and it really is a wake up call. I cannot believe that for everyday I have tracked my food on here I have went over my calories, carbs, and fat by double of what my highest daily goal should be. I really couldn't believe what I was seeing when I was done with everything. It was sad to see and it made me realize that I really do need to make some changes in my life in order to lose weight. There are people that I give tips to on losing weight and just look at what I am doing. I am going to start taking my own advice and not only help others with their weight loss, but help myself as well. I am in shock and awe of what I have seen and cannot wait to see the improvements I make. Wish me luck!
