So I have been keeping up with what I have been eating and posting it on here for the past three days and it really is a wake up call. I cannot believe that for everyday I have tracked my food on here I have went over my calories, carbs, and fat by double of what my highest daily goal should be. I really couldn't believe what I was seeing when I was done with everything. It was sad to see and it made me realize that I really do need to make some changes in my life in order to lose weight. There are people that I give tips to on losing weight and just look at what I am doing. I am going to start taking my own advice and not only help others with their weight loss, but help myself as well. I am in shock and awe of what I have seen and cannot wait to see the improvements I make. Wish me luck!

    The food tracker takes some work, but it is amazing what it can be learned by using it.

    Help yourself first. So many here on SP got where we are by giving of ourselves ....too much. However, there is a fine line. I think you will be fine.

    What I do is plan my food and enter it before the day begins. Then when I eat I know what is planned. I do have to change it but when I do I am more aware of what I am eating!
