walking with pixies today

we went to the river for about 30 minutes andare going out again in a bit we are going to get a bit to of fruit and walk to the lake and bac and aad a 30 minute timer to my phone or ipodim walking 1 hour a day to start eating veggies and fruit and keep my evening meal as always . like my stake and potates and good food looking forward to being thiner in no time
