I struggled this week. My weight loss this week was 0.4 lbs so I gained 4 lbs. My problem was mostly eating. I walked most days but ate things that were not as low fat and low sodium. I also didn’t document as I had been doing.
So to get back on the bike, This week I will:
Make 4 new recipes
Exercise at least 6 out of 7 days
Do 10 mins of yoga daily
Socialize on SparkPeople 4 days
Read the Spark Book
