Week 1 Day 1 Done!

I did get in my run last night... 1.87 miles in 30 minutes. It felt GREAT to be running again!
I've decided that to keep things flexible, my goal is to run workout 1 of each week on either Monday or Tuesday, run workout 2 on either Wednesday or Thursday, and run workout 3 on either Saturday or Sunday. That way, I won't feel bad if I miss my run on Monday, because it wasn't set in stone that that was the day I was going to run. I think keeping things flexible is best!
My other fitness goals are to complete a strength training workout twice a week and to complete a yoga workout at least once a week. I will try to do these workouts on days when I am not running so that I spread my fitness throughout the week.
I feel really great getting back into healthy lifestyle habits! Can't wait to see these pounds melt away again!
