New Plan of Action

So I have been finding it hard to get myself out of bed in the morning to do my exercising. After complaining and thinking I have finally come up with something I think will work best for me at this time.
First is to start walking around the neighborhood on my lunch hour, second is no soda (this will be the hardest for me) and 3rd is no more eating out for lunch.
My goal is a streak of one month (Mon-Fri and I will think of something for the weekends) and then I will reward myself with a 32oz fountain Dr. Pepper!
Rewards: (Having a heard time with this...have to think more. Any suggestions?)

I also bought myself this heart monitor watch that will also tell me how many calories I am burning! Which is great because often I can only get in a walk or some bowling on the wii. It will be here sometime next week!
