I am sooo tired!
It s difficult to be out of the house for 12 hours every day, but that s life...
Todays report:

Nutrition = quite well emoticon

Exercise = 20 min walking ( I can make it better) emoticon

Strength exercise = O.K. emoticon

My mood = so and so emoticon

Sleep = O.K. emoticon

I feel that this week I will not reach my goal emoticon

    Hope you can reach the goal. Your week does sound exhausting though but great work on getting your food/exercise in even with the long days!
