So today I posted a video blog but I also wanted to do my regular blog as well. Today has been good staying within my calories so far, but i still have to go to work and that is where I eat the most. But I'm carrying grapes with me today. So hopefully I wont do to bad.
So I am starting 3 new challenges today along with my 5k challenge. The first one is the sleep challenge and for the first week I have to track my sleep habits which i will do on here. The second is the january jumpstart challenge. I did video one today and boy was that a workout lol. The third is the tame your sweet tooth challenge and for this I will list reasons why i want to cut back and record my sugar habits which i will also do on here.
Ok so last night before bed i did 20 min cardio, then smoked. I was awake 30min in bed before I fell asleep. This morning my mom woke me up at around 6:00 but I fell back asleep for another 20 min.
SWEET TOOTH CHALLENGE
So my first reason in doing this is because I dont want to be a slave to sugar and caffeine. The second is I want to loose some weight. The third is I want to have a healthy lifestyle.
So this morning I had my usual coffee with sugar and creamer. Around 11:00 I started wanting something sweet, but I ate a few grapes instead.
Ok well here are my things to work on and my things that I'm happy about.

2: My new bathroom
3: That tomorrow will be 3 weeks with spark
