"Fit is better than skinny"

Wednesday, January 16, 2013

That is the name of the workout I did today ! It was a cardio and upper body workout that was 40 minutes long ! It kicked my butt, and it was an amazing workout !

I am feeling great.

I have also been keeping an eye on everything I eat and writing it in a journal. I also write down how I feel after the meal, if I liked it, if it is something I would eat again.

I am also doing this for my workouts :)

The motivational collage and "to do" lists are really helping keep my motivation up, not to mention my new found energy that has come with working out !

Elizabeth is still teething today, but she is feeling a lot less pain and is a lot less cranky thank goodness ! I have been getting my fair share of baby cuddles, and I am loving every second of it because she barely ever stops moving for even 30 seconds to cuddle with me !

Now, just to warn all of you (Konrad695 especially), I will not be on for a few days, but not because of my own choice, but because I am having all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed tomorrow. So dont worry, I havent disappeared again and given up if you dont see anything for the next 4-5 days ! I have been told I am not allowed to do my intense workouts for AT LEAST 72 hours, but maybe more ! This saddens me, but I know it is for my health and for the healing process, so I will listen. My meals will most likely only consist of meal replacement drinks and soup anyways and I will be most likely on pain meds and sleeping for the most part !

I hope every one has a great day, great workout and I will hear from you all after I get back !

Why are you doing this to me? Do you not know how catastrophic it might be? If the earth spins backwards, and the sun explodes- I'll know how to blame.
