Just a Few Adjustments

Ah, I think I might be over my shi&$y weigh in. It really helped that I watched Biggest Loser last night and the Red Team was struggling like how I am. I completely related!

I made a few tweaks to my program:

emoticon 1) Change my weigh in day to Saturday bc Sundays are a heavier meal for me and I tend to use most of my weekly points on that day. Although, I think I will be more careful doing that now! I will weigh in again this Saturday, but I won't be surprised if I don't lose bc I'm weighing in a few days early.

emoticon 2) Work out 60 minutes a day. No whining, complaining, or bitching.

emoticon 3) Rearrange points so that I'm not eating as many at night, basically lighter dinners.

emoticon 4) Positive self talk. I've got to work on this! I have a huge support system and they say all the right things, and I just have to believe them. Friends on Facebook and Spark were so supportive today and I really appreciated it.

    Looks like a good plan to me! (my weigh-in day at gym is Tues) I think what helped me out this week was the fact I went to hot yoga Mon night (prob slight dehydration but I'll take anything I can get ;-)

    Totally behind on reading, but from what I've skimmed through it sounds like you're doing Weight Watchers - way to go!! Hope it helps you out on this crazy journey!! :-) Also, I'm now following your other blog too so I'll look forward to regular updates over there. Happy New Year!

    I think changing your weigh in day might help you. When I started WW, I weighed on Friday and that was helpful for me b/c I can go a little over on the weekend and know, that I have Mon, Tues, Wed and Thurs to get back to it by Friday. Hope it works for you!!

    One of my goals this year was to decrease my negativity by writing down one positive thing each day. I have done so every night before I go to bed and I think it really helps because when I get in bed I am thinking about the positive thing I wrote instead of whatever negative feelings I was holding on to. It seems so simple but it has helped me a lot!

    PS I just ate a skinny cow chocolate peanut butter heavenly crisp and it was delicious! It might have been better than a peanut butter cup!
