Thanks so much everyone for your tips and suggestions. I babied my back yesterday and applied heat and today it is much better.
Nothing much to report from sunny Mexico accept I am still up a pound over goal so am eating light to try and get it off. I know some of you have heard about the diet The Plan that has to do with foods that your body chemistry might not handle as well and cause inflamation. I find it very interesting and when I am back in the states might pick up a copy of the book. The program has you do this cleanse diet for like 3 days and then add back in other foods one at a time to see if they cause inflamation to your body. Some things that might do this are foods I eat all the time like almonds and egg whites. I eat them both just about everyday. But I hope they aren't causing my body to retain water as I love them and they really hold back my hunger. I have no idea what I would replace them with that would still hold my hunger at bay and also fill me up for low calories. I guess overall I shouldn't worry as when I eat them I can still lose the weight from a splurge....it's just that I like getting under that goal weight so I can splurge. Just food for thought.
