Hi all today I ran 3.07 miles and did JM kickboxing dvd. Im right on track and feel amazing !! tomorrow Im off so I will run and tone again and that will be my last dble for the week. Friday I will run after work or before work and that will be run 5 for the week. I might even run saturday morning with the running club if I have time. N E who I just wanted to check in!! keep sparking!!
