So, yesterday, I got too tired to post, so I am catching up.
I am nervous because I decided to weigh in on January 16th. I have been working so hard, and I truly hope that it shows.
I used the Aria Whey/soy protein powder today. I am sold on it! It doesn't taste too bad and honestly, it kept me full for a LONG time. That's good though. It's also quick and easy to make, so I can use it as a craving stopper if needed.
