Day 12 = 10 pounds

It's a milestone, to me (and that is all that matters)!

This morning when I stepped on the scale, I was exactly 10 pounds less than what I was when I weighed in for my challenge on the 5th of January.

259.8 hasn't looked so good in awhile... and it's been awhile (since the end of the summer, before I went back to work) since I've seen the 250's.

I was super duper excited.

Even better- I'm ahead of schedule, 4.7 pounds ahead of my goal.

I'm still working hard on just calories and drinking my water. I'm exercising, but not crazy at all. My goal is 2 classes a week for now. Calories & water are my #1.

It's amazing how many calories are in food... I'm been brutally honest... and it's amazing. I thought I knew- but I was wrong on many. Have a semi hard time on calorie counts for the homemade stuff, but I try to get as close as possible, erring on the side of too many calories. Better that than not enough!

I've been over in calories twice so far, but I'm not going to beat myself up over it either.
