One Week Update

Last week, I posted a blog about none of my clothes fitting. Well, they still don't fit. But no one expects one week to take off several inches?
I have however, been exercising! I did cardio 6 out of 7 days in the past week! Last night did Jillian michaels 30 Day Shred. I am FEELING it today. It is going to be a long 12 hour day at work. Every muscle on my whole body hurts...LOVE IT! Haven't been doing great with the eating, but a few days I WAS under 2,000 calories...and that in itself is a huge accomplishment at this point, lol.
I will get there, just gotta keep working!
