Agave Nectar Vs Sugar

Wednesday, January 16, 2013

Again, another mistake I've done its to use agave for almost anything thinking its healthier than sugar, but i read that agave nectar has more calories and makes you crave more sugar or more carbs, I am very confused because i know sugar is really not good for you either, its refine and white (i watched a video about refine sugars, flour, rice etc) and it shows you that anything refine and process and come out white, its bad for your body!
Should i use Splenda or dark sugar?

PLEASE HELP! emoticon

I personally use splenda. Even though I'm sure others are against using artificial sweeteners. Agave has some excellent marketing. I don't know who decided to make it a health food but people bought into it. I mean, it's not bad in moderation, but it's not a miracle food.

I'd say try Splenda. It definitely isn't as addictive as sugar (not for me anyway) and you only need a tiny pinch to taste the sweetness.
