With an upcoming cruise and wedding I have to get going on toning myself up. I don't care so much about what I weigh as the inches. I started weight training again at the beginning of the month. This week I was able to start switching my family over to a low carb diet, cutting back on caffeine (I am not going to give it up completely) and I also started taking a multivitamin and biotin. Next week I'm going to start upping my cardio. I'm doing this in stages so it won't be as hard on my body and energy level. Just upping my strength training has increased my energy a lot.
