I have committed to eating breakfast - thank goodness for Greek Yogurt! I'm still having a hard time eating enough calories. I'm told that you have to eat enough to keep going or you won't lose weight!
I skipped entering my foods 3 days - kept up and entered them today, but if I'd entered them on that day, I'd have seen I needed to add food to get at least over 1000 calories.
