Not enough calories...

I have committed to eating breakfast - thank goodness for Greek Yogurt! I'm still having a hard time eating enough calories. I'm told that you have to eat enough to keep going or you won't lose weight!

I skipped entering my foods 3 days - kept up and entered them today, but if I'd entered them on that day, I'd have seen I needed to add food to get at least over 1000 calories.

    When I'm at 1000, a few tbs of almonds always puts me right at calorie range.

    It does seem strange, but you do need to eat more in order to lose weight. Good luck with your quest to eat breakfast. Greek yogurt is a good start! emoticon

    oh my goodness - I have trouble getting too MANY calories! emoticon wow..but yeah you do need to eat a little more... especially if you are exercising... keep thinking of something "protein-ie" a few carbs... not a breakfast person, eh? you're doing good with the Greek yogurt... and keep tracking... it is hard at first - a bit of a pain actually.. but it gets to be almost second nature after a while... take care!!
