Today officially marks day one of BLC 21 and the day started off on the right foot. I weighed in this morning and have lost 2 lbs since last week so I am definitely happy about that. After using the calories counter I realized that what I thought I was needing to eat was actually higher than what most of us may think. So now I have a really good number to aim at every day.
School starts tomorrow and I couldn't be more excited for more than one reason. First of all this is the next to last long semester I will ever be in as I graduate next fall. Next I can FINALLY go back to using the fabulous fitness center that is on campus and really kick it into high gear. I need to considering I have been very lazy the past week or so about doing things right. So time to go get some exercise and a healthy midmorning snack. Happy Wednesday everyone!
