Atkins day 15

Wednesday, January 16, 2013

I have been totally without a sugar craving for almost a week now. I felt stressed out and didn't feel compelled to find a chocolate bar or a bowl of cereal. I feel the best I have in years. I am still a little tired but that kind of comes with the territory. Got up, took kids to school and even hit the gym this AM. Shower will be in order soon once I stop sweating. I am hitting about 1200-1500 calories a day. I don't miss a lot of things I used to. My attitude is improving too.

On a related but unrelated note, one of the local music producers that has ties to 2 florida labels wants me to Dj a night of Trap and Moomrahton music with him at some point soon, woohoo! The girl is finally getting invites to the boys' club! And I got a job interview for my dream job yesterday. I will know by friday if I've gotten the job. It'd be a change of pace, a pay hike, salaried and instant benefits!!!!! Everything just seems positive right now.

Grats on the DJ invite and best of luck on the job prospect.

When I eat low carb I know I feel better, less bloated, more clear minded, etc. It's amazing how that works. Good for you for sticking with it!
